Out-of-network vs. org-relevant company profiles

As of January 2026, Dealroom data appears on both org-relevant AND out-of-network company profiles.
Out-of-network companies are companies in Affinity’s global database that your firm hasn’t interacted with yet. When you search for and view these companies:
  • Dealroom data is visible (based on your subscription tier)
  • Helps you assess company fit before adding to your network
  • Same Dealroom fields as org-relevant companies
Org-relevant companies are companies your firm has interacted with or added to Affinity through actions like:
  • Adding to Lists
  • Adding Notes or Files
  • Email/meeting interactions with people at the company
Dealroom data is also visible on these (based on your subscription tier).
You can now evaluate companies using Dealroom data during sourcing without needing to add them to your CRM first.

Can customers trial the exclusive Dealroom.co fields?

How to access the exclusive Dealroom.co fields

If you (or your team) has a Dealroom.co subscription and is on either the Advanced or Enterprise Affinity tier, your team admin can take the following steps:
  1. Reach out to your Dealroom.co representative and ask for access to the exclusive Dealroom.co fields in Affinity.
  2. Your Dealroom.co representative will then reach out to Affinity to have these exclusive fields enabled for your account.
  3. Once enabled, your Dealroom.co representative will be notified and follow up with you.

How often are the Dealroom.co fields updated? Are they editable?

  • Dealroom.co fields are automatically updated on a weekly basis.
  • Dealroom.co field values are editable.
Making edits to the cell values within a Dealroom.co field will break the sync for that particular cell. To re-enable syncing, simply remove all field values from that cell and Affinity will repopulate the cell with the most recent data within the next 24 hours.

Why are some organizations enriched with Dealroom.co fields, while others are not?

As of January 2026, Dealroom data appears on both org-relevant and out-of-network company profiles.
Organizations are enriched with Dealroom data if they exist in Affinity’s global database of companies. You don’t need to make a company org-relevant to see Dealroom data — it’s available on both out-of-network and org-relevant company profiles. To check if a company has Dealroom data:
  • Look for Dealroom fields on the company profile.
  • Companies in Affinity’s global database will show available Dealroom data automatically.
Exclusive Dealroom fields require both an Affinity subscription (Advanced/Enterprise tier) and a Dealroom subscription, regardless of whether the company is org-relevant or out-of-network.

Can Dealroom.co fields be used for Affinity Analytics and Affinity’s API?

  • Yes, Dealroom.co fields can be used within dashboard views for Affinity Analytics.
  • Yes, Dealroom.co fields can be accessed via Affinity’s API. See the API Documentation: Get Fields and look for “dealroom” as the enrichment source on the right sidebar.
