How to prioritize warm introductions and travel planning

Leverage connection strength scores and geographic data to identify warm introduction opportunities and optimize travel planning. This workflow (in New Lists only) uses Connections filtering, Location sorting, and relationship scoring to maximize networking efficiency.Steps
Scenario 1: Find warm introduction opportunities through a specific
contact- Open your companies or people list.
- Click Filters → + Add condition.
- Connections → All Connections → has any of → Select “Jane” AND Last Contact → is within the last → 6 months
- Sort by → Connections → Score → High to low
- Click Apply.
Scenario 2: Plan meetings by geographic region
- Create a new filter view: Location → has any of → California
- Click Sort → Location → A to Z
- Add secondary sort: Last Contact → Oldest first
- Click Apply.
Scenario 3: Identify high-value relationships to maintain
- Filter for relationship strength: Connections → Score → is greater than → 70 AND Last Contact → is not within the last → 3 months
- Sort by → Connections → Score → High to low
- Click Apply.
Expected Outcome
- Scenario 1: Companies where Jane has connections, filtered by recent activity, ranked by relationship strength
- Scenario 2: California deals organized by city, with stale relationships prioritized within each location
- Scenario 3: High-value relationships (70+ score) that need re-engagement, ranked by connection strength
Tips/Warnings
- Connection Score ranges 1-100 (less than 40 is weak and greater than 70 is strong).
- Use Last Contact vs. Last Meeting depending on your networking strategy—contact includes all touchpoints.
- Connections → All Connections shows ALL entities where one of your colleagues is connected, not just their strongest connections.
