Filter interactions by specific team members to gain context on their specific communication history (including threads that a user is BCC’d on).
- Click on the Filter Interactions icon within any Affinity list, then select the team member(s) you’d like to filter by.
- Once you’ve selected the team member(s), Affinity will filter the following fields: First Meeting, Last Email, Last Meeting, Last Contact, and Next Meeting. Now, you should only see the entities that the team member(s) has spoken with.
Note: If you’re on the Enterprise tier and have Enterprise Permissions enabled, you will only be able to filter by the users within the team(s) that you’re in, not across all users on your Affinity account.

Note: If you encounter the message “We didn’t find any results that matched your filters”, this likely means the user is not on a team and needs to be added to a team by the enterprise admin.
