If you’re wondering why you have only have access to some Affinity features, it is most likely based on your Affinity subscription tier. To find out which tier you’re on, follow the steps below:
  1. Click Settings on the global navigation bar of the left side of your screen.
  1. Click Billing Settings on the bottom-left corner to see your Affinity subscription tier. Please note that Billing Settings is only accessible to certain account roles:
    1. Essential, Scale, and Advanced tiers: Admins only.
    2. Enterprise tier: Enterprise Admins and Admins only.
