Tier 0 walks you through five tutorials that prepare your account, connect the integrations that power Relationship Intelligence, and bring your existing data into the system. Most users complete Tier 0 once — typically with an admin or a Customer Success contact alongside. If you’re joining a workspace that’s already set up, Tutorials 0.1 and 0.2 still apply to you; you can skim or skip 0.3–0.5.Documentation Index
