Connections and Relationship Strength
The relationship strength is a score based on email, calendar history, and recency of interactions between members of your team and a particular contact. Along with a numerical score, the relationships are categorized by color. Green representing a strong relationship, yellow medium, and grey weak.
View on Person Page
When navigating to a contact’s profile, you will see a section called "Connections" on the right side. This will show you who on your team has the strongest relationship, who was the source of introduction, who on your team had the last interaction; as well as, all the connections your firm has with that contact.
View on Organization Page
When navigating to an organization’s page you will see a section called "Connections" on the right side. This is where you will get insight into who your firm knows at the organization, ranked by relationship score. You will see who on your team has the strongest relationship with the organization, who introduced your team to the organization, and who made the last contact with the organization. You also have the option to turn on “Show connections” which will show the individual connection between your firm and the organization, again ranked by relationship score.
View Directly From List
You can also access your connections with a contact or organization directly from a list.
- Click on the 3-bars (next to Filters) to open up the "Manage Column" slide out. Click the box next to the field name Connections so that it will display in list. Again, the relationships are ranked by strength so the strongest will be visible from the cell.
- Clicking on the box will get a dropdown list of those top relationships or expand the list to see the rest of your firm's connections.
