Using natural language processing, Affinity helps you avoid dropping the ball with contacts by notifying you of Unanswered Emails. The platform is designed to detect emails that require a response but have gone unanswered for a day and a half by either your recipients or yourself.
Here are some of the requirements we look for to provide you a customized list of emails that you may want to follow-up on:
- We ignore emails sent between people at the same company, cold inbound emails.
- We consider outbound cold emails since the user may want to follow up on them.
You can see your unanswered emails by:
- Clicking the hamburger icon on the top-left corner
- Then clicking on Unanswered Emails
