Overview of Unanswered Emails
Using natural language processing, Affinity helps you avoid dropping the ball with contacts by notifying you of Unanswered Emails. The platform is designed to detect emails that require a response but have gone unanswered for a day and a half by either your recipients or yourself.
Here are some of the requirements we look for to provide you a customized list of emails that you may want to follow-up on:
- We ignore emails sent between people at the same company.
- We ignore cold inbound emails.

We consider outbound cold emails since you may want to follow up on them.
Where to find your unanswered emails
- Click on the Notifications icon on the top-right corner, then click on Unanswered Emails.
- If you also have the Affinity Gmail Chrome Extension, you can access your unanswered emails via the Missed Emails tab in your email account.
