By default, Affinity will take into account your team's interactions as a whole when sourcing these columns: First Email, Last Email, Last Meeting, Last Contact, and Next Meeting.
Filtering interactions by specific team members will make sure that you will only see entries in the list based on whether these specific team members were the last individuals to speak with such entries.
How to Filter Interactions
- Click on the Filter Interactions icon.
- Enter the name of the team member.
