# Supported File Types For Upload

## Supported file types when manually uploaded

Should you choose to manually upload a file to a contact's profile page in Affinity (see [Uploading files to Affinity](/s/article/How-to-upload-download-and-remove-files-in-Affinity)), these are all the file types that are supported (the ones in **bold** indicate the most popular file types):

1. **pdf**
2. **csv**
3. **doc/docx**
4. **xls/xlsx**
5. **ppt/pptx**
6. **png**
7. **jpg/jpeg**
8. **gif**
9. **zip/gzip**
10. tif/tiff
11. markdown
12. 7z
13. docm
14. dot/dotm
15. mp4
16. mpeg
17. rar
18. pot/potx
19. potm
20. pps/ppsx
21. ppa/ppam
22. pptm
23. ppsm
24. rtf
25. xla/xlam

## Supported file types when "Found in your email" or automatically uploaded

Should you choose to manually upload a file that we "Found in your email" or automatically upload a file to a contact's profile page in Affinity (see [Upload files to Affinity](/s/article/How-to-upload-download-and-remove-files-in-Affinity)), these are all the file types that are supported:

1. pdf
2. csv
3. doc/docx
4. xls/xlsx
5. ppt/pptx

## Important Callouts

* The maximum file size that can be uploaded to Affinity is **100 MB**.
