## Overview

Identify and prioritize engagement with key community members, portfolio connections, and executive networks using tag combinations and connection analysis. This workflow (only on New Lists) combines multi-select dropdown filtering with relationship scoring to maintain strategic relationships.

## Steps

### Scenario 1: Target high-value founder community members

1. Open your people list.
2. Click **Filters** → **+ Add condition**.
3. **Tags** → **has all of** → Select "Serial Founder" AND "AI Founder"
4. **Sort by** → **Last Contact** → **Oldest first**
5. Add secondary sort: **Connections → Score** → **High to low**
6. Click **Apply**.

### Scenario 2: Identify engineering executives in partner networks

1. Create a new filter:
2. **Job Title** → \*\*has any of \*\*→ **Engineering AND Job Title** → **contains** → **Executive** (or use OR with "CTO", "VP Engineering") \*\*AND Connections → \*\***All Connections** → **has any of** → Select your 2 partners
3. **Sort by** → **Connections → Score** → **High to low**
4. Click **Apply**.

### Scenario 3: Prioritize portfolio company relationships

1. Filter for portfolio engagement:
2. **Tags** → **has any of** → **Portfolio Company AND Last Contact** → **is not within the last** → **2 months**
3. **Sort by** → **Investment Stage** → **First to last**
4. Add secondary sort: **Last Contact** → **Oldest first**
5. Click **Apply**.

***

## Expected Outcome

* **Scenario 1**: Founders with both "Serial" and "AI" tags, prioritized by staleness and relationship strength
* **Scenario 2**: Engineering executives connected to your partners, ranked by relationship strength
* **Scenario 3**: Portfolio companies needing re-engagement, prioritized by investment stage and staleness

***

## Tips/Warnings

* Use **has all of** when entities must have ALL selected tags (AND logic within the field).
* Use **has any of** when entities need ANY of the selected tags (OR logic within the field).
* **Job Title** text searches are case-insensitive but require partial word-level matching.
* Create consistent **Tag taxonomy** across your team for reliable filtering.
* \*\*Connections → \*\***All Connections** shows all relationships, not just the strongest ones.
