## Overview

Use advanced filtering to ensure no deals fall through the cracks by identifying stale opportunities, prioritizing urgent deals, and managing team ownership. This workflow (not available in Classic Lists) combines multiple field types (Status, Owners, Last Contact, Priority) with Boolean logic to create targeted deal maintenance views.

***

## Steps

### Scenario 1: Find deals you and a teammate have touched recently

1. Open your deal pipeline list.
2. Click the **Filters** button above the column headers.
3. Set up your first filter group: - **Last Contact** → **is within the last** → **180 days**
4. Add an OR condition: - Click **+ Add condition** → select \*\*OR \*\*- **Owner** → **is any of** → Select yourself and your teammate (e.g., "Janelle")
5. Click **Apply**.

### Scenario 2: Prioritize active deals by urgency

1. In the same list, modify your filters: **Status** → **is any of** → **Live AND Priority** OR **is none of** → **Priority 3**
2. Click **Sort** → **Last Contact** → **Oldest first**
3. Click **Apply**.

### Scenario 3: Identify co-owned deals for partner meetings

1. Create a new filter: **Owner** → **has all of** → Select yourself and your co-owner (e.g., "Melissa")
2. **Sort by** → **Last Contact** → **Newest first**
3. Click **Apply**.

***

## Expected Outcome

* **Scenario 1**: List showing all companies contacted in the last 6 months by you OR your teammate
* **Scenario 2**: Active deals ranked by staleness (oldest contact first), excluding low-priority deals
* **Scenario 3**: Co-owned deals sorted by most recent activity, ready for partner discussion

***

## Tips/Warnings

* Use **is any of** for OR logic within the same field (multiple owners).

* Use **has all of** when you need entities that match ALL selected values.

* **Last Contact** includes emails, meetings, and logged interactions—not just
  emails.

* Save these filter combinations as **Saved Views** for recurring deal
  reviews.

* Empty **Priority** fields will appear at the bottom when sorting.
