## What is AI chat?

AI chat is a conversational interface to your Affinity CRM. Ask questions in natural language instead of building filters or clicking through profiles—perfect for meeting prep, pipeline queries, and finding companies by investment criteria.

**Available for:** Scale, Advanced, and Enterprise customers (auto-enabled week of April 13)

**Key capabilities:**

* Prepare for meetings with instant context, including recent news on Companies
* Find companies inside and beyond your CRM by investment criteria
* Query activity history, notes, and files conversationally
* Explore relationships and connections

## What's Available in Beta

### **Meeting Preparation**

1. "Help me prepare for my meeting with \[Company]"
2. Get notes, relationship history, activity summaries, and recent news
3. Instant meeting briefs without clicking through profiles

👍 **Use thumbs up when:** Response was helpful and accurate

👎 **Use thumbs down when:**

* Query didn't work as expected
* Got irrelevant information
* AI chat didn't understand your question

**Be specific in written feedback:**

* "Didn't work" (not actionable)
* "Expected to see last meeting date but it wasn't included" (actionable)
* "Returned Acme Industries instead of Acme Corp" (actionable)

**Your feedback directly shapes:**

* What queries work better, what capabilities get prioritized, how AI chat improves
