Important Callouts
- If you're having issues with Affinity Pathfinder loading, please follow these troubleshooting steps.
- Affinity Pathfinder will not show results on LinkedIn Sales Navigator (coming soon).
- Microsoft Exchange/Office365 users can still use Affinity Pathfinder to access their Affinity connections and CRM data on websites and LinkedIn profiles. But to access your Affinity CRM data within their Outlook inbox, use Affinity's Outlook add-in instead.
- To help you create new contacts more quickly, Affinity Pathfinder will not show any non-required fields you/your admin(s) may have checkmarked via the Default Fields tab in Settings. Only required fields set by Affinity and you/your admin(s) will be available to fill out.
- @ mentioning team members on notes or logging outside interactions into Affinity is temporarily unavailable on Pathfinder.
- The Reminders tab is unavailable in your Gmail inbox - you can still view reminders within the CRM.
- The Unanswered Emails tab is unavailable in your Gmail inbox - you can still view unanswered emails within the CRM.
- The Lists tab will appear for people and organization profiles, but not for opportunities.
- Opportunities are unique to their own opportunity list and therefore cannot exist on other opportunity lists. This is why you see an Upload Files button instead of an Add to List button on opportunity profile pages.
