What are Affinity's enriched vs. unenriched fields?
After creating your first list, you may notice that there are some green default fields with field values that come pre-populated. These are Affinity's enriched fields.
Note: Given the unique nature of opportunities, the "People" and "Organizations" fields in opportunity lists are not automatically enriched and must be manually filled out.

- Connections: This column shows you who on your team (or Alliance) has a connection with the organization, person, or opportunity in question. Click on each cell to see the list of connections you have, along with their respective relationship strengths with that contact.
- Date Added: This column shows the date in which the organization, person, or opportunity was added to the list. Click on each cell to see who added the contact (Only editable via data import).
- Description: This column shows the description of an organization (sourced from Crunchbase). Click on each cell to see the full description (Editable via double-clicking).
- First Email: This column shows the earliest email communication with the contact (either by you or another user in your Affinity instance). Click each cell to see which email it is, along with the option to view the content if it is shared.
- Last Email: This column shows the most recent email with the contact (either by you or another user in your Affinity instance). Click each cell to see which email it is, along with the option to view the content if it is shared.
- First Meeting: This column shows the earliest calendar event (sourced from your/your team's calendar), logged call, or logged meeting with the contact. Click each cell to see more details.
- Last Meeting: This column shows the most recent calendar event (sourced from your/your team's calendar), logged call, or logged meeting with the contact. Click each cell to see more details.
- Last Contact: This column shows the most recent email or meeting with the contact (sourced from "Last Email" and "Last Meeting" columns). Click to see which email, calendar event, logged call, or logged meeting it was.
- Location: This column shows the location of the organization (sourced from third-party data and editable via double-clicking).
- Next Meeting: This column shows the next scheduled meeting with an organization or person. Click each cell see the calendar event (sourced from you or your team's calendar).
- Industry: This column shows the industry in which the organization or person is associated with (sourced from third-party data and editable via double-clicking).
- Number of Employees: This column shows the number of employees that belong to the organization (sourced from Crunchbase and editable via double-clicking).
- Investment Stage: This column shows which investment stage they are currently in (sourced from Crunchbase and editable via double-clicking).
- Organizations: This column shows the organization(s) a person/opportunity is associated with (editable via double-clicking).
- People: This column shows the people an organization/opportunity is associated with (sourced by matching email domain and editable via double-clicking).
- Investors: This column shows the investors who have invested in a particular company (sourced from Crunchbase and editable via double-clicking).
- Last Funding Date: This column shows the last funding date for a particular company (sourced from Crunchbase and editable via double-clicking).
- LinkedIn URL: This column shows the LinkedIn URL for a particular person (sourced from third-party data and editable via double-clicking).
- Job Titles: This column shows the job title for one or more of the most recent positions a person has held (sourced from third-party data and editable via double-clicking).
- Lists: This column shows the list(s) that the organization or person is associated with. (Note: If the organization or person is part of an opportunity list, it will not surface.) Click to enter a list that the contact is associated with, or to add the contact to another list of the same object type (editable via double-clicking).
- Phone Number: This column shows an individual's phone number (sourced from third-party data and editable via double-clicking).
- Source of Introduction: This column shows the internal contact (registered Affinity team member) that introduced a person/organization to your team. Click to see the interaction that led to the introduction of a person/organization to your team (editable via double-clicking).
- Time in Current Status: This column shows how long a particular status option has remained in the "Status" column.
- Total Funding Amount (USD): Shows the total funding amount an organization has received (sourced from Crunchbase data and editable via double-clicking).
- Year Founded: Shows the year that the organization was founded (sourced from Crunchbase data and editable via double-clicking).
NOTE: Green field values denote that the organization is still actively syncing from Crunchbase/Clearbit. Blue field values denote that you/your team member(s) have overwritten such fields, therefore breaking the sync from Crunchbase/Clearbit. To reenable the sync, simply clear out the cell containing the blue field values and Affinity will automatically re-populate the cell with the respective data from Crunchbase/Clearbit within 24 hours.

- Amount: Enter a numerical value to be tracked.
- Notes: Enter notes for an organization, person, or opportunity. They will also show in each contact's profile page under "Activity Timeline."
- Owners: Enter in the person who is the main point-of-contact for a person, organization or opportunity (can only consist of Affinity registered team members).
- Reminders: Create a reminder for a person, organization or opportunity. Double click to see additional information.
- Status: Determine the different stages in a process/pipeline that a contact will go through for each list. Each list will often serve a particular purpose and ultimately have different status options. Click once to see who changed the status option from the previous status option to the current one and when it was changed (editable via double-clicking).
