Can you sign into Affinity with a custom password?

You cannot sign into Affinity with a custom password since Affinity leverages your email credentials to verify authentication. If you forgot your password for your email account and need to initiate a password reset, we have provided links below for each email provider:

Gmail

Microsoft Office365

• Sign-In (Password Reset)

Microsoft Exchange (On-Premise)

• If you are using Microsoft Exchange (On-Premise), we recommend that you sign in via your organization's custom Affinity URL (see How to find your Affinity subdomain).
