Going through your work flows on your various lists, you may come across a moment where you wish you could view cells that are currently blank. Fortunately, Affinity has the option to do so.
Note: As of 1/14/2019, this feature does not apply to the following smart columns:
This feature also does not apply to columns that originally were not able to be filtered.
- "People" Column
- "Organization" Column
- "Lists" Column
- First/Last Email, Last/Next Meeting Columns
- "Last Contact" Column
- "Date Added" Column
- "Time in Current Status" Column
- "Reminders" Column
- "Connections" Column
In your list, find the column that you wish to filter and select the drop down arrow. It will then open up a drop down menu and once you select Filter by..., you'll notice that there is a toggle that allows you to Filter by: Only empty cells. Select this to view all empty cells.
