Affinity uses the email address and password of your email client as the default login and password for your Affinity account. We also leverage Google and Microsoft for your convenience. Below you will find examples and best practices for each.
Option 1 - Exchange users
If you are an Exchange user we suggest logging in using the subdomain of your company and Affinity. For example, all Affinity clients have a subdomain that reads: companyname.affinity.co. By logging in via the subdomain your exchange URL will be pre populated and you will only need to remember your email address, password, and username if any
Example subdomain: companyname.affinity.co
Important to note: you may also log in at Affinity.co, but you will need to manually input the exchange url.
Additional notes: If your team uses 2 factor authentication (2FA) when logging into your Outlook or Office 365 account you may need to have your Exchange admin or IT team set up App Passwords for each Affinity user.
Option 2 - Google users
Google makes logging into Affinity super easy. Simply visit the subdomain for your company and Affinity, click sign in with Google and select the email address associated with Affinity.
Important to note: you may log in via affinity.co, but you may see multiple Google accounts and need to select from the appropriate associated email.
