Edit win probability to set win rate during list creation (we provide default values) and when updating statuses from reports and lists.
You can customize "Win probability/rates" to all Open statuses on Opps lists. These rates are also editable on the Reports and Lists (Status Column > Edit Status) For these statuses, a win rate will always exist and must be an integer between 0 and 100. Any new statuses should have defaults set by the Opportunities list templates, and if a win rate is not provided when creating or updating a status, it will be set to 0 by default.
Example: if there's a 50% chance that a deal in the "Due Diligence" status will close, and you have 2 deals in that status, one with a value of $100k and one with a value of $50k, your estimated revenue next month would be $75k.
Expected revenue = win probability * amount, where the win probability of Won statuses is always 1.
