Choose which fields you'd like to hide, show, and reposition on profile pages for people, organizations, and opportunities.
Note: The number of fields shown on a profile page depends on your screen size - 10 fields (in 2 columns) on smaller screens and 15 fields (in 3 columns) on larger screens.
How to customize profile fields
- Click on your Personal Avatar on the top-right corner, then click Settings.
- Click the Profile Field Customization tab on the left side.
General Fields: Account Admins at the account level will be able to customize the enriched and global fields that appear under the General tab for people and organization profile pages.
Opportunities, Organizations, and People: Only the List Admins and List Owners for specific lists will be able to customize the list-specific fields for any lists they have administrative privileges for.
- Check the boxes to show fields on the profile page and uncheck to hide. Drag and drop as well to reorder the layout of the fields.
Remember to click Save once you're done.
Note: You will notice that some columns are locked. These are default fields provided by Affinity and cannot be removed/reordered.
