When viewing a list, you may find yourself wanting to organize the way the entries are displayed or you only want to see a subset of the list based on the Status. Affinity lets you easily organize the list view by sorting or hiding certain fields. You can also filter by the Status field when you only want to view a subset of the larger list.
You can sort, filter, or hide columns by following the steps below:
- Confirm that the fields you want to sort or filter by are in list view
- You can do this by selecting manage columns
Note: The action options will vary by column. Only the Status column allows you to filter. Sorting will vary based on the type of field, whether you can sort alphabetically, by quantity, or by priority. All columns will have the option to Hide a column from list view.
