Affinity's powerful workflow automation tool, also known as “Reminder Triggers”, reminds you to contact people, organizations, or opportunities in a list based on their statuses and priorities.
You can create Reminder Triggers in a list by:
- Clicking into a list
- Clicking the ellipsis (3-dotted icon) on the far right, below the Share button
- Clicking List settings from the dropdown menu
- Clicking Reminder Triggers
You can adjust the settings to your preference by clicking on the blue buttons. You can specify who to remind, the status or priority of a contact, the owner of the contact, and how many days you want to wait until being reminded, based on which contact method you choose.
You can make as many Reminder Triggers as you'd like, each having their own combinations of different statuses, owners, time durations, and contact methods. To see all the rules you've created, simply click View Triggers.
