In case you ever run into a situation where you find duplicate contacts, you can merge them together in a few quick clicks.
Note: If the person you are trying to merge is an internal user (a user with the same email domain as you or your colleagues or someone who is currently a user on your Affinity instance) then the option to merge will not appear.
You can accomplish this by:
- Navigating to the profile of the company or person that you’d like to merge with another contact
- Clicking on the ellipsis next to the contact’s name and select merge duplicates
- Typing in the duplicate contact you’d like to merge into the contact you’re currently viewing
- Clicking Merge
